Type of Government

The EFCC Government is a mixture of a Dictatorship and a Democracy. The Supreme Leader is sworn into power, while any position under that is elected by the people, and they serve two terms, and can be voted in a total of six times.

Branches of the Government

The EFCC Government has 3 main branches. These branches are the Legislative, Judicial and Executive Branches.

Judicial Branch

The Judicial Branch of the Government decides if laws are constitutional, and runs the EFCC Court System

Legislative Branch

The Legislative Branch of the Government makes laws, and approves appointments from the President (Supreme Leader)

Executive Branch

The Executive Branch of the EFCC Government can sign laws, veto laws, and approves federal judges.

How the EFCC Government Works

The EFCC Government is a dictatorship. The Supreme Ruler makes decisions and the Congress will approve it. In some cases, the Supreme Ruler can overrule Congress and apply their actions, however this is very rare and would be done in an emergency situation such as war. The if the Supreme Ruler is not available for any reason, the Chancellor would make a decision and if Congress approves, then the Supreme Ruler will make the final vote when he/she is available. The Chancellor is similar to a vice president and if anything happens to the Supreme Ruler, they take the position and the Speaker of the House will be upgraded to Chancellor. The Supreme Ruler has the power to make an Executive Order and veto Congress decisions. size:100px
